House bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Mutual Aid Society of Baltimore city, a
corporation duly incorporated under the laws of this
State, and the charter of which was amended by the Acts
of the General Assembly, at the session of 1898, chapter
61, by changing the corporate name of said corporation to
‘The Baltimore Mutual Life Insurance Company' of Bal-
timore city."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

Circuit Court from Talbot county from issuing license to
any person or company of circus riders, equestrian per-
formers or to any person or company to exhibit for re-
ward any animal or animals or natural or artificial curi-
osities (except models for useful inventions) during the
months of August, September and October, (except to
fair associations or persons authorized by them) and pro-
viding for such unlicensed exhibitions."
