1110 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 29 testament and codicil thereto of Eliza Jane Coulter, late of Baltimore county, deceased, and ratifying and coda- firming the said bequest in the will of said John Coulter, to the Seminary at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, which is under the charge anti control of the Reformed Presby terian Church of North America, and to the boards o f Foreign and Home Missions of Churches, and also to the congregation established in Baltimore, Maryland, of the said church."
