Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the legal and qualified voters of Frpstburg, in Allegany county. State of Maryland, to issue bonds not to exceed $20,000, by said town for the purpose of providing a municipal sys- tem of electric lights for said town." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
