Senate bill No. 190, entitled "An Act to repeal section 192 of Article 31 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Revenue and Taxes,' so far as the said section relates to the city of Baltimore and to re-enact the same with amendments as sections 164 A and 164 B of Article 4, Public Local Laws."
