Also, House bill entitled "An Act to give and declare the sanction amid consent of the General Assembly of Mary- land to the devise and bequest contained in the will of Annie R. Hanson, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Church of the Messiah, in Baltimore city." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read time first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate Washington Camp, No. 13, Patriotic Order Sons of America, of the State of Maryland, a subordinate camp of the State Camp of Maryland, Patriotic Order Somis of America." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Abraham Cor- bett, of Washington county, a sum of money erroneously paid by him into the treasury of the State." Endorsed: "Read the thimd time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to time Com- mittee on Finance. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to extend time privileges, enlarge the powers and amend the charter of the Union Bridge Savings Bank of Carroll county, Maryland, so as to enable it to loan money on or purchase promissory and negotiable notes, bills obligatory or other evidences of debt."
