Returned, Senate bill No. 219, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the Inter-State Trust and Guaranty Company." Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." AMENDMENT PROPOSED. On line 11, section 1, amend by striking out the word "house," and substitute the word "home." On line 19, of section 3, amend by inserting after the word "increase," the following "shall be entitled to a pro rata share." On motion of Mr. Dick, The Senate concurred in said proposed amendment, and The bill, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
