Ordered, That Wm. L. Cover be excused from to-day's
session on account of illness.

On motion of Mr. Clark, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Hutton be excused from to-day's
session on account of illness.

Ordered, That Mr. Truitt, of Worcester, be excused
from to-day's session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Lancaster,

Leave was granted to the Charles county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Charles county to refund
to the heirs of H. R. Harris, fourteen dollars and fifty-
two cents, money erroneously paid into the Treasury of
Charles county, as county taxes in the years 1898 and
1891. "
