for the Setting of hay, corn, straw, fodder and potatoes
in Annapolis city by weight, and to establish city scales
therefor, " for the reason that sine the passage of the
bill the county commissioners, the Senator from the
county, the members of the House of Delegates, and a
number of citizens have urgently requested that the bill
be not approved, in that it does not benefit the com-
munity and works a great hardship and inconvenience to
many of its citizens.
