numbered 142, 143, 145, 150, 152, 155, 156, 157, 158 and
159, of chapter 180, of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, en-
titled 'An Act to repeal sections 142, 143, 145, 150, 152,
155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 183, 186, 187 and 192, of Article
13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Harford
County, ' sub-title 'Havre-de Grace, ' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to repeal sections 175 and
176, of said sub-title, and to add new sections to such
sub-title, to be numbered '150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D,
152 A, 155 A, 155 B, 156 A, 157 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A,
158 B and 159 A, and to authorize and empower the
Mayor and City Council of Havre-de-Grace to issue bonds
to the amount of $20, 000 to raise money to extinguish
the floating debt of said city, and for other purposes, as
set forth in said amendments. "

sion, 1843, chapter 47, entitled an Act to incorporate the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, also to repeal
an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January session, 1867, chapter 420, entitled an Act to
revive and amend the Act of incorporation of the town
of New Windsor, in Carroll county, passed at December
session, 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal the 14th section
thereof, and re-enact the same with the following new and
additional sections, and to re-enact the following in lieu
thereof. "
