Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 231, of
the Laws of 1898, entitled an Act to confer on the Chesa-
peake Beach Railway Company the powers, rights and
franchises granted to the Washington and Chesapeake
Railway Company by chapter 245, of the Acts of 1894,
entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Chesapeake
Beach, in Calvert county, and to re-enact said chapter
245, of the Acts of 1894, with amendments. "
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In line 133 of printed bill, section 13, after the word
"meetings, " insert the following: "And to regulate, re-
strain, license and prohibit gaming of all kinds. "
