House bill entitled "An Act to amend sections 1 and 2
of chapter 344, of the Acts 1896, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the 'Fraternal Trust and Banking Company, '
so that the corporate title of the said corporation shall
hereafter be the 'City Trust and Banking Company, ' and '
further amending said Act so as to authorize the election
of 25 directors or less. "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED BY THE SENATE.

Insert after the word "twenty-five" at the end of sec-
tion 2, the following:

"Provided, that said corporation shall be subject at all
times to the provisions of the Acts of 1892, chapter 109,
and 279 or amendments or supplements thereto. "
