LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Scrimger,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Pun-
ishments, ' sub-title 'Health, ' by adding thereto three ad-
ditional sections, to follow section 147 C, to be numbered
'Sections 147 D, 147 E and 147 F, ' respectively, and to be
preceded by the heading 'Second-Hand Bottles and
Jars. '"
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
certain sums of money to the sundry schools and chari-
table institutions of the State of Maryland, for each of
the two fiscal years ending on the 13th day of Septem-
ber, 1901, and on the 13th day of September, 1902. "
