Senate bill entitled "An Act to add four additional
sections to Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled
'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Law, ' as the
same was enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, to
follow section 604, and to be designated as 'Sections
604 A, 604 B, 604 C and 604 D, ' respectively, providing
for a clerk to the Grand Juries of said city, defining his
duties and imposing a penalty for the violation thereof, "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to increase the
pension of Wm. T. Lemmon, a retired patrolman of the
police force of Baltimore city. "

thereof, and to re-enact said Article 7, sections 167 to
197, inclusive, title 'Carroll County, ' and sub-title 'Union
Bridge, ' with amendments, and insert additional sections
relating to the charter of Union Bridge. "
