with amendments section 227, of Article 93, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, as amended by the
Act of 1892, chapter 465. "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add in line 16, after the word "life, " the following:

"The judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city,
shall receive $9 for every day's attendance upon the ses-
sion of said Orphans' Court of Baltimore city, to be paid
by the city of Baltimore at the end of each and every
month, and the sessions of said Orphans' Court of Balti-
more city shall continue from 11 A. M. to 3 P. M., if
necessary, for the transaction of the business of the
Court, and provided that all provisions of any public
General Law in Public Local Law inconsistent herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed. "
