House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, entitled 'Talbot County, ' sub-title
'Easton, ' to be inserted after section 53 A, of said Article
and to be designated section 53 B, authorizing the Com-
missioners of Easton to require culverts to be constructed
in any open drain or ditch running through private
property in said town. "
