Mr. Feldmeyer, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 79, as re-en-
acted by chapter 281 of the Acts of 1890, and repealed
and re-enacted by chapter 103 of the Acts of 1894, 80,
81 and 82, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Anne Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Birds, Game and
Poxes, ' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 103, of the
Acts of 1894, so far as the said sections relate to Anne
Arundel county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 25, of Article 19, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'St. Mary's County, ' under
the new sub-title 'County Treasurer, ' and to add certain
new sections to said Article. "
