several deeds made by Samuel Appold and wife, Gabriel
D. Clark and wife and William Kammerer, to the trus-
tees of St. Mark's English Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore, a corporation duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, and also to the acquisition
hereafter by the said grantee of the fee-simple title to
any lot of ground mentioned in said deeds in which it
lias thereby acquired less than a fee-simple, and to the
selling, mortgaging, leasing or other disposition thereof. "

of Baltimore city, so as to change the name of said cor-
poration, and to otherwise amend its charter. "
