several deeds made by Samuel Appold and wife, Gabriel
D. Clark and wife and William Kammerer, to the trus-
tees of St. Mark's English Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore, a corporation duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, and also to the acquisition
hereafter by the said grantee of the fee-simple title to
any lot of ground mentioned in said deeds in which it
lias thereby acquired less than a fee-simple, and to the
selling, mortgaging, leasing or other disposition thereof. "

Mr. Knott, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably,

Senate bill No. 90, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments sections 1, 2 and 3, of chapter
215, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the session of 1898, entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the Security Storage and Trust Company
of Baltimore city, so as to change the name of said cor-
poration, and to otherwise amend its charter. "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the
Maryland Title Insurance and Trust Company, and to
authorize an increase in the number of its directors. "
