House bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
the People's Bank of Baltimore city, a body corporate, as
contained in the Act of 1884, chapter 342, by repealing
and re-enacting with amendments, section 3 of said Act. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 201, 202,
203, 204, 205 and 206, of Article 27, of the Code of Pub,
lic General Laws, entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, 'sub-
title 'Minereal Waters, Porter and other Beverages, ' as
repealed and re-enacted with. amendments, by chapter
262, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
of 1892, and to add to said title and sub-title three new
sections, one to immediately follow section 205, and to
be known as 'Section 205 A, ' and the other two to im-
mediately follow section 206, and to be known respec-
tively, as 'Section 206 A, and Section 206 B. ' "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 1, of the title of said bill, insert after the word
'repeal" and the words "and re-enact. "

Which was adopted.

In line 12, of section 201, of said bill, strike out after
the word "beverages" the words "or in medicines, medi-
cal preparations. "

Which was adopted.

In line 13, of section 20, of said bill, strike out the
words "perfumery, oils, paints, compounds and mixtures. ''

Which was adopted.

The bill, as amended, was read a second time and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

We, the undersigned committee on printed bills, report
after a full investigation, that it was no fault of the State
