3rd to February 13th, both inclusive.

Mr. Mitchell moved that the same be made Special
Order for Wednesday next, 28th, at 1 o'clock.

Mr. Walsh, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to empower the Mayor
and Common Council of Westminister, in Carroll county,
to call in the bonds of the city of Westminister issued by
authority of sections 248, 249, 250 and 251, of Article 7,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Mary-
land, and to raise money therefor, by issuing other bonds
of said city. "

Mr. Collins, from Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of an attorney to the County Commissioners of
Talbot county. "

Mr. Wilkinson, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the qualified
voters of Pocomoke city, Worcester county, to decide by
ballot whether or not coupon bonds not exceeding the
amount of $8, 000 shall be issued by said city for the pur-
pose of providing a proper electric light plant for said
city. "
