House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 868, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of
Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' and to
re-enact the same with amendments. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to limit the session of the
Grand Jury in Frederick county. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 247, of Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, '
sub-title 'Sabbath Breaking. "

Which, with printed amendments, was considered on
second reading, and
On motion,

Made the Special Order for Wednesday, at 1. 30 P. M.

House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the rate and
conditions upon which the several turnpike roads of
Washington county, may charge and collect tolls on
bicycles and other like vehicles propelled by human
muscles. "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out "Washington County" and insert "the State
of Maryland. "

House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Mont-
gomery County, ' sub-title 'Roads, ' to follow section 176,
and to be designated as 'Section 176 A. '"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend original bill, section 1, line 12, by striking out
all the words hereinafter the words "shall be" on said
line, down to the word "provided" on line 14, and insert in
lieu thereof "at least thirty feet wide and in incorporated
towns thirty feet wide exclusive of sidewalks. "
