and 127, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Washington County, ' sub-title 'Fences. ' "

Mr. Buckey, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Governor
of Maryland to appoint a Notary Public for the town of
Myersville, in Frederick county, Maryland. "

Mr. Duncan, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, with proposed amendment,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city, to increase the
pension of Charles A. Selvage, a retired policemen of the
