favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to enlarge and confirm the
powers and authority of Mt. St. Joseph's College, of Bal-
timore county, incorporated under the general provisions,
of the 26th Article of the Code by the Circuit Court for
Baltimore county, under the corporate name of St.
Joseph's College, of Baltimore county, and which is on
record in the clerk's office of said court, of date October
6th, 1876, and recorded in Liber J. B., No. 1, folio 130,
etc., one of the incorporation records of Baltimore
county, and also an amended incorporation under the
general provision of the 26th Article of the Code by
said Court, by which amendment said corporate name
was changed to Mt. St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore
county, and which is also on record in the clerk's office of
said Court, of date June 9, 1881, and recorded in Liber
J. B., No. 1, folio 297, etc., one of the incorporation
records of Baltimore county. "

re-enacted by chapter 281, of the Acts of 1890, and re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 103, of the Acts of 1894, )
80, 81 and 82, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local
laws, title 'Anne Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Birds, Game
and Foxes, ' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 103, of
the Acts of 1894, so far as the said section relates to Anne
Arundel county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "
