ANNAPOLIS, WEDNESDAY, January 3, 1900.
STATE OF MARYLAND, TO-WIT:

This being the day prescribed by Section 14, Article
3, of the Constitution, for the meeting of the General
Assembly of Maryland at 12 o'clock noon,

Zebedee Householder, Chief Clerk of the House of
Delegates for January session of 1898. called the House
to order.

Prayer was offered by Rev, Geo. S. Bell.

Upon the call of the roll by Zebedee Householder,
Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates for January
session of 1898, the following members answered to
their names:

St. Mary's County—Francis V. King, John R. Garner.

Kent County—Azariah M. Kendall, C. Preston Norris.

Anne Arundel County—Milton Ditty, J. Frank Krems
Byron Phelps, James D. Feldmeyer.

Calvert County—Oliver D. Simmons, Samuel L. Gibson.

Charles County—James DeB. Walback, S. Spearman
Lancaster.
