introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 42, of the Acts passed at the
January session of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled
An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section
142, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County, " sub-title " State's Attorney, " and re-
enact the same with amendments.
