Act of Assembly of 1884, chapter 29, and to levy and
collect the necessary taxes for payment of said bonds
and interest, known as " Improvement Bonds. "

On motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 42, of the Acts passed at the
January session of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled
An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section
142, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County, " sub-title " State's Attorney, " and re-
enact the same with amendments.

Referred to the Carroll county delegation.
Gin motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to make valid deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyance and
bills of sale, defective in the acknowledgment or in the
certificate thereof. "

Referred to the Judiciary Committee, to be hereafter
appointed.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the trans-
fer of a liquor license to sell spirituous and fermented
liquors in Carroll county, by complying with certain con-
ditions.

Referred to the Carroll county delegation.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to punish minor^or per-
sons under twenty-one years of age for purchasing spir-
ituous or fermented liquors from licensed dealers in Car-
roll county. "

to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 253
