the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to change
the grade of a public road in the thirteenth district of
said county, commonly known as the 'Washington Turn-
pike Road, " at and near the place where the same crosses
the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad at grade, for the
purpose of doing away with such grade crossing, and to
provide for the construction of the bridge or bridges that
may be made necessary thereby. "

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 21, of the
Code of Public. General Laws of Maryland, title 'Convey-
ancing, ' by adding a new sub-title, to be designated
'Conveyancers; ' of five new sections to be designated
'Section 88 B, section 88 C, section 88 D, section 88 E,
section 88 F, ' to come in after section 88 A, of said
Article. "

Mr. Satterfield offered the following proposed amend-
ment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After "Dorchester county, " add the words "Caroline
county. "

The question being upon the adoption of the amend-
ment,

Mr. Mitchell moved to lay the whole matter upon the
table.

Which motion was adopted.

Mr. Bramble, of the Judiciary Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

House bill entitled "An Act authorizing appellants in
the Court of Appeals to provide for printing the trans-
script of the records in their causes, when appeals arise
in Washington county. "

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Was re-committed to the Judiciary Committee.

Mr. Lehmayer, from the Judiciary Committee, report-
ed, with the request that the same be referred to the
Baltimore city delegation,
