Bank of Maryland, located in the city of Baltimore. "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

1. On line's 2 and 3, of page 1, in the titling, strike out
the words "State Bank of Maryland, " and insert in lieu
thereof, the words "Mercantile Bank of Baltimore. "

2. On line 6, in section 1, strike out the words "State
Bank of Maryland, " and insert in lieu thereof, "Mercan-
tile Bank of Baltimore. "

3. Strike out the whole of "section 4. "

4. Make "section 5, " "read section 4. "
All of which were severally adopted.
Said bill, as amended,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 87, of Article 5, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title ' Calvert County, ' sub-title
'Fish. '"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
By Calvert county delegation,

1. In the bill strike out the words " and re-enact with
amendments, " after the word " repeal. "

2. Strike out all of section 1, after word " repealed, "
in line 3.

Which was adopted.

The bill as amended was read a second time, and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.
