PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Linthicum presented a petition signed by Daniel
R. Martin, George Willis and 18 other citizens of Dor-
chester county, asking that Charles H. Lubman be ap-
pointed as an employee by the House of Delegates.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Or-
ganization.
ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Buckey, it was
Ordered, That the State Librarian be instructed to
furnish twelve copies of the laws of 1896 and 1898 for
the use of the House.
