On motion of Mr. Walsh,
Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled an act
to make valid sales made and the deeds, demises and
other instruments of writing executed and delivered, by
trustee or trustees, to whom any estate, real, personal or
mixed, shall have been limited, or conveyed for the bene-
fit of creditors, or to be sold for any other purpose,
where such trustee or trustees have failed to comply
with the requirements of section 205, of Article 16, of
the Maryland Code of Public General Laws, in giving
bond with, but one surety.
Referred to the Committee on Judiciary, hereafter to
be appointed.
On motion of Mr. Walsh,
Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and require
the Board of County Commissioners of Carroll county to
pay to the Mayor and Council of Hampstead, a body
corporate in the county aforesaid, one-half of the road
tax levied and collected from all the property within the
corporate limits of the town of Hampstead. in said
county.

On motion of Mr. Walsh,
Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the board of County School Commissioners of Carroll
county, to refund to Mary A. Hoff, of Carroll county,
Maryland, widow of Levi B. Hoff, of said county, de-
ceased, $43. 75, less five per centum, for money paid by
the said Levi B. Hoff, in his lifetime, for an unused hotel
liquor license, issued in said Carroll county.

to authorize and direct the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Carroll county to erect and maintain boards so
