sons under 21 years of age purchasing spirituous or fer-
mented liquors from licensed dealers in Carroll county. "

the Burgess and Commissioners of Williamsport, in
Washington county, to redeem the provisions of chapter
27, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,

designated as -Section 146 A, of Article 6, Section 182 A,
of Article 10 and Section 116 A, of Article 21. ' "
