RULES FOR USING.

1. All subjects relating to counties will be found
under the head of the county to which it pertains.

2. All subjects relating to Baltimore City, or to
institutions in Baltimore City, will be found under
the head "Baltimore City. "

3. All changes in the Code will be found under the
head "Code of Public General Laws. "

4. All bills sanctioning bequests will be found under
the head "Bequests. "

5. All matters of general interest, other than the
above, will be found under the head "Acts of Assem-
bly (General Legislation). "

6. Matters of individual or corporate interest will
also be found under their respective heads.

7. Bills and orders for the payment of money will
be found under the head of "Claims. "
