Powers, ' sub-title 'Police, ' and to care for and regulate
the distribution of said fund. ' "

joining labor organizations, and providing a penalty for
violation thereof. "

bequest in the last will and testament of Dr. John Gunby,
late of Worcester county, deceased, by the Trustees or
Committee of the McKennie Memorial Church of Wor-
cester county, to the Trustees or Committee of the
Gunby Presbyterian Church of Worcester county, and to
make valid said bequest. "
