to provide for the re-location of Fayette street from
Brooke avenue in Read's addition to said city, and the
extension of said Fayette street, commonly known as
Sulphur Spring Hallow Road, ' to its intersection with
the old National pike or Green street extending in said
city, and to provide for the grading, paving or macada-
mizing, sewering and otherwise improving said Fayette
street and the extension of the same, commonly known
as 'Sulphur Spring Hollow Road, ' within the proposed
extended corporate limits, and to provide for the pay-
ment of the costs of said improvement. "

Milner a sum of money paid by him to the Comptroller
of the Treasury of the State, and covered into the treas-
ury of the State, for a license to dredge for oysters with
the schooner, L. W. Bates, which schooner was lost three
months and ten days prior to the expiration of said
license. "
