Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to
levy a sum of money to refund to the Gaithersburg
Milling and Manufacturing Company of Montgomery
county, certain sums of money erroneously paid by the
said company to said county commissioners for taxes for
the years 1894, 1895 and 1896. "
