On motion of Mr. Mitchell,

The vote by which the amended order paying Wm. J.
C. Dulany & Co., State Printers, $1, 000 was adopted, was
reconsidered, and the following amendment proposed by
Mr. Sanford was adopted.

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out "to be taken out of any money in the State
treasury not otherwise appropriated, " and insert in lieu
thereof, "to be taken out of the appropriation for defici-
ency for Legislative expenses for this session. "

The report, as amended, was then adopted by yeas and
