Mr. Kendall moved that the vote on bill No. 340, be
reconsidered.

Which motion was adopted.

He then moved that the vote by which the amend-
ment was adopted be reconsidered.

Which was adopted.

The following message to the Senate was submitted:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

April 2nd, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully submit to your Honorable Body that
we have received your message amending House bill No.
340, and non-concur therein, and ask that the Senate re-
cede from said amendments. We herewith return said
bill.

Chief Clerk.
