AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding at the end of section 3 the follow-
ing:
"And all ordinances passed by the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore; arid shall be subject to the control
in every respect to the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more in so far as its operations may be carried on in the
city of Baltimore; and nothing herein contained shall be
construed to the contrary. "
