of medical examiners, and to regulate the fees and emol-
uments thereof, to prevent the practice of medicine and
surgery by unauthorized persons and to provide for the
trial and punishment of violators of the provisions of
this Act by a fine or imprisonment, or both, and to re-
peal and re-enact with additions and amendments, sec-
tions 39, 40, 41, 45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59, of Article 43, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Health, ' sub-title
'Practitioners of Medicine, ' and to repeal all laws or parts
of laws in conflict or inconsistent with this Act, and to
add additional sections thereto, to be designated as 'Sec-
tions 39, 40, 41, 45, 49, 53, 56, 58 and 59. '"
