Senate bill entitled "An Act to extend the privileges
and enlarge the powers of Calvert Hotel and Improve-
ment Company, in Calvert county, incorporated under the

General Laws of the State, and to reduce the number of

-directors. "

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Duncan moved to suspend the Rules and to put
the bill upon its third reading.
