AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding at the end of section 4, the follow-
ing': "Provided, however, that said corporation shall
be subject in all respects to the provisions of chapter
123, of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1898, in so
far as its operation may be carried On in the city of Bal-
timore as a condition precedent thereto and to all ordi-
nances of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and
nothing herein contained shall be construed to the con-
trary. "
