at the January session in the year 1898, entitled 'An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 67, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title 'Disturbances of the
Public Peace, ' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "
