Article 25 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'County Commissioners, ' sub-title 'Draining Lands, ' in so
far as the same applies to Dorchester county, to follow
after section 49, and to be numbered '49 A, '"

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Princess
Anne and Deal's Island Light, Power and Railway Com-
pany, and to declare its rights, privileges, powers and

franchises. "

House bill entitled "An Act to pay Harry Conway,
owner of the schooner M. M. Davis, the sum of $800 in-
demnity to him for damage and loss of said schooner,
her cargo and provisions aboard the same by collision
with the State Steamer, Governor Robert M. McLane. "

House bill entitled "An Act requiring the Baltimore &
Ohio Railroad Company to keep a flagman stationed at
the crossing of said railroad over the county road at
Monrovia, Frederick county. "

At the end of section 1, add "provided, that the County
Commissioners of Frederick county shall deem such flag-
