Mr. Choate, from Select Committee, reported unfavor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Health, ' sub-title 'Nuisances, ' to follow section 37, and
to be numbered '37 A. '"

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message;

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 41 and
sections thereafter to section 83, but exclusive of section
83, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Dorchester County, ' sub-title 'Cambridge, ' and all other
sections thereunder except such sections as are herein
specifically excepted, and in the place and stead of the
repealed sections to substitute certain other sections. ' "

and nays. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the President and Commission of Princess Anne in Som-
erset county, to issue bonds and to appropriate the pro-
ceeds arising from the sale thereof towards providing
additional fire protection and establishing and maintain-
ing a sewerage system and other improvements in said
town, and to submit the question of the issue of said
bonds to the qualified voters thereof for determination. "
