Mr. Scrimger, Secty. of the Joint Committee on Print-
ing, submitted the following

REPORT:

The Joint Committee on Printing beg leave to report
that they have selected Mr. Wm. Dulaney to index the
Laws of Maryland, session 1900. And Mr. Frederick
Sasscer to index the Journal of the House, session 1900,
and both to receive the compensation fixed and allowed
by law and already appropriated for that purpose.

Which was read and adopted.

Mr. Collins, from Committee on Claims, reported un-
favorably, the following order:

Ordered, That Wm. F. Hollidayoke be paid $2. 50 per
day for 65 days for carpenter's work in House of Dele-
gates and Committee rooms.

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Anderson, Acting Chairman of Committee on
Claims, made the following
