Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 68, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, in the year 1896, entitled 'An
Act to repeal chapter 74 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, in
year 1892, ' entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Frederick County. ' sub-title 'Justice of the
Peace and Constables, ' to be known as 'Section 289 A, '
creating a Police Justice of the Peace for Election Dis-
trict No. 2, Frederick county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to re-enact said section 289 A, as
adopted by said Act of 1892, chapter 74, with amend-
ments. "

and insert the word "two. "
