Act to authorize the Great Palls Power Company to erect
dams, hold real estate, and to erect and maintain lines
for the transmission of electricity in Montgomery and
Prince George's counties, in the State of Maryland, and
to add an additional section thereto to be called 'Section
3, ' and grant certain additional powers rights and privi-
leges unto the said Great Falls Power Company. "

House bill entitled ''An Act to repeal sections 31, 32,
33, 36, 37, 42, 44, 45, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 67, 68 and 82 of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' so far as the same relate
to Talbot county, and to repeal sections 32, 33 and 34 of
Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Tal-
bot County, ' sub-title 'County Commissioners, ' and to re-
enact the following sections in lieu thereof, providing;
for the Election of a County Treasurer for Talbot county
and denning the duties and powers of said treasurer. "

203, 204, 205, 206, of Article 27, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-
title 'Mineral Water, Porter and Other Beverages, ' as re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by chapter 262.,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892,
and to add to said title and sub-title three new sections,
one to immediately follow section 205, and to be known
as 'Section 205 A, ' and the other two to immediately fol-
low section 206, and to be known respectively as 'Section,
206 A, and Section 206 B. ' "
