House bill entitled "An Act to to repeal section 38, of
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Public Education, ' sub-title 'Schools, ' and to
re-enact the same with amendments, and to add a new
section to said Article, to follow after section 38, and to
be designated as 'Section 38 A. '"

Endorsed: "Considered on third reading and bill in-
definitely postponed. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act granting and declaring the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the
devise and bequest made by and contained in the last
will and testament of Geo. W. Bailey, late of Somerset
county, deceased, to the Home for Friendless of the
Eastern Shore of Maryland, at Easton, Md. "

County Commissioners of Calvert county, to levy the sum
of $500 to reimburse the Board of School Commis-
