Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Prince George's county to con-
struct a public county road upon and along the Washington
Turnpike Road between Laurel and line of District of
Columbia, to borrow money on the credit of said county
for the construction of said road and issue coupon bonds
therefor, and to levy and collect on and from the assess-
able property of said county an annual tax sufficient to-
pay said bonds when they mature and the interest there-
on as it becomes due. "
