AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 3, of section —, after the word "each" add
"with privilege at any time to increase the amount not
exceeding ten thousand dollars, should two-thirds of the
stockholders approve said increase, each share of said in-
creased stock to be ten dollars each. "
