House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 3, 5, 9,
10, 11 and 12, of chapter 514, of the Acts of the General

Railway Company and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, conferring enlarged and additional powers and to
change the name of said company to the Washington,
Frederick and Gettysburg Railway Company. "
