appear respectively in Volumes 1 and 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, and all amendments and re-enactments
of said sections in the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, since the codification of the laws in 1888, said
sections being co-ordinate sections of law applicable to
the waters of the Choptank river in common between
Dorchester and Talbot counties. "
